Brand new for 2025, the S2Maui Banshee ULTRA is the premium ultra-lightweight Dyneema version of our popular, race-derived, high-performance RAF (camless) Freeride / Freerace / Freefoil sail.

The Banshee ULTRA uses our insanely lightweight woven Dyneema ULTRA-HMPE™ material across the majority of the sail body above the main window panel to cut weight by approximately 400 g versus the standard Banshee—which was already one of the lightest freeride sails on the market.

Its characteristic smooth power and excellent stability are maintained, but now with an incredible weightless feel that must be experienced to understand.

At only 85 g/m² and featuring a 100% Dyneema (High Modulus Polyethylene, the world’s strongest fiber) woven core, S2Maui’s ULTRA-HMPE™ is the absolute lightest and most tear-resistant sailcloth currently available for windsurf sail construction.

The ULTRA-HMPE™ material is warp-oriented and load-aligned with S2Maui’s Warp-Path™ panel layout, ensuring perfect tension distribution and a stable profile.
